Total Body Circuit

Total Body Circuit consists of strength training combined with endurance training. The workouts involve doing a group of exercises together, with little to no rest period before moving on to the next group of exercises.  We will target every muscle in your body with a powerful workout!  Because it involves moving quickly from one set of exercises to the next, you will NEVER be bored in this class. Class requires hand weights and an exercise mat. For men and women ages 13 and up.
