Oglethorpe County Parks and Recreation-Clubhouse Rental

Our clubhouse is roughly 1300 square feet and houses a full kitchen, men and women bathrooms, and large back deck which overlooks the lake. There are several tables and chairs available to renters as well. The Bryan Park Clubhouse is a great place to host your holiday gatherings, birthday parties, reunions, or other special occasions.

Fees:

Full Day: $250 Rental plus a $150 Deposit

Up to 4 hours: $150 Rental plus a $100 Deposit

1.  Your deposit refund check will be mailed out on the either the 5^th or 20^th of the month and will only be issued upon passing inspection.

2. If you cancel your rental 14 days prior to the rental date, you forfeit half of your deposit; within 7 days prior to your rental date, you forfeit ALL of your deposit.

3. ALL FUNCTIONS WILL BE OVER NO LATER THAN 12 MIDNIGHT.

4. The clubhouse CANNOT be used for any function which charges an admission fee.

5. You are responsible for the conduct of everyone who attends your function and will make sure that all laws and OCRD Rules are obeyed.

6. You are responsible for cleaning up the inside and outside of the clubhouse building, parking lot, and deck immediately following the end of the function. If not cleaned up, your deposit will not be returned.

7. You assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the premises, repairs, and/or property replacement that occurs by you, your agent, guests, and any other person who attends who attends your function.

8. You and any guests who attend the function understand that the Oglethorpe County Recreation Department/Bryan Park is not responsible for any personal or physical injuries/accidents while on the premises. This includes any activities held at Bryan Park: sports, team parties, meetings, or clubhouse rentals.

9. Any injuries or accidents MUST be covered by each person’s own insurance.
