Cheerleading

Cheerleading is for ages 5 – 12 with the age control dating being May 31^st. Exceptions will be made for parents who wish for their child to cheer for the football team another child plays for. Registration begins at the end of May and will end towards the middle to end of July. Practices will begin towards the end of July with games starting at the end of August continuing through the beginning of November. Some travel is required for cheerleading as our football teams play teams in Athens and the surrounding areas. The cost to participate is usually around $100 and includes top, skirt, bloomers, pom poms, instruction, and a trophy at the end of the season.
